- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el auto del 1o de julio de 2016, proferido por el Magistrado Gabriel Eduardo Mendoza Martelo en el proceso D-11427, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por los ciudadanos Milton Jose Pereira Blanco e Iliana Carolina Vanegas Fortich, contra el articulo 5o -parcial- de la Ley 1333 de 200911, "[p]or la cual se establece el procedimiento sancionatorio ambiental y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Archivese el expediente.
